FAQ: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DEADLINE?

A: The deadline for submitting a payment is June 15th.

 

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER June 15th?

A: An additional $75.00 late fee will be added to the cost of camp. Making the total payment due to be $425.00.

Q:IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION, WILL I GET FULLY REFUNDED?

A: Should you wish to cancel your registration, a $50 admin fee will be charged. Cancelling prior to June 15th, a refund will be given. However a cancellation after June 15th, no refund is given but rather a partial credit will be applied to your name towards the next years camp. Due to the ice not yet being confirmed, if the schedule is released and you are no longer able to attend camp, you will have 1 week from the date the schedule was provided to cancel for a full refund.

Q: WHAT DATES DOES THE CAMP RUN?

A: The 2026 ice times have not been decided on yet but the week of camp will be July 6-10 at the Richmond Ice Center.
